LOGO & BRANDING CREATION PROCESS
This process started by looking at inspiration, drafting many ideas, developing and editing different iterations of ideas and finally selecting and finalizing the final concept.
INSPIRATION
Using inspo from Pinterest, Behance, Dribble, and Designspiration as well as convergence and ideation tools such as Lotus Blossom, C4, & Crazy 8's in the design thinking process helped to develop new and creative ideas.
ITERATIONS & EARLY DRAFTS
This is an example of an early draft of a first iteration of the final logo. From this you can see a change in font, colors, logo head and overall branding in order to better reflect the brand and project outline in order to meet the clients needs.
FINAL GENESIS BRAND GUIDELINES
After many iterations, the final logo was selected. This brand guide shows my usage of typography, color theory, layout and composition, use of the Adobe Creative Suite, and client collaboration in order to execute the clients needs with an effective brand guide.
PROJECT SUMMARY
This project offered valuable experience in collaborating with a team on a client-focused branding initiative. For Genesis, a horse training, layup, and branding facility, I contributed to the development of a comprehensive brand guide that reflects their identity and values. The final deliverables included the logo design, brand values, proper usage guidelines, typography and font selections, color palette, and photography direction. I'm excited to continue refining the brand and ensuring Genesis is visually represented with the professionalism and care that mirrors the exceptional work they do.
