FINAL GENESIS BRAND GUIDELINES
This brand guide shows my usage of typography, color theory, layout and composition, use of the Adobe Creative Suite, and client collaboration in order to execute the clients needs with an effective brand guide.
DESIGN PROCESS AND EARLY DRAFTS
Below are examples of early drafts I created after learning what the client was looking for and gaining inspiration from sites such as Pinterest, Dribble, and Behance. I designed each of these intentionally, targeting each of the different aspects of the brand the client was hoping to represent through their logo.
LOGO & BRANDING ITERATION
After selecting a final logo, I began iterating the design through sketching, width adjustments, spacing, editing, changing the font, and landing on the final design. In the end I was happy with the final design and felt it represented the Excellence, Transparency, Passion, Community, and Fun the brand has identified as their values well.
PROJECT SUMMARY
This project offered valuable experience in collaborating with a team on a client-focused branding initiative. For Genesis, a horse training, layup, and branding facility, I contributed to the development of a comprehensive brand guide that reflects their identity and values. The final deliverables included the logo design, brand values, proper usage guidelines, typography and font selections, color palette, and photography direction. I'm excited to continue refining the brand and ensuring Genesis is visually represented with the professionalism and care that mirrors the exceptional work they do.
